Documents & sharing
Last updated 13 June 2026
The Documents page is two things in one: a place to keep your files, and a generator that builds professional documents straight from your show data.
Uploading and organising files
Upload any file you want to keep with the rest of your band's stuff. To stay tidy, sort files into folders — one per tour, per venue, however you work.
Uploads count against your plan's storage limit, so larger plans hold more. See Storage & limits for the caps.
Generating documents
Instead of building paperwork by hand, ArtistHQ can generate it from a show you've already set up. Available types:
- Technical rider
- Hospitality rider
- Day sheet
- Setlist
- Guest list
- Settlement sheet
Because they pull from your show and money data, they stay in sync with what's actually planned.
Sharing with a secure link
Any document — uploaded or generated — can be shared with a secure link instead of an email attachment.
- Add an optional password so only the right people can open it.
- Set an optional expiry date so the link stops working after a chosen time.
- Revoke the link at any point to cut off access immediately.
That makes it easy to send a rider to a promoter or a settlement sheet to your agent without losing control of where it ends up.
